AMAZING!!! Pretty much sums up this company. I'd done a lot of research for my patio project and have to say I made the best decision going with Poynter. They're innovative and enjoy thinking outside the box. I have a typical "city" yard and was tired of damaged grass from my dogs. I have quite an imagination and Bob listened to my ideas of making a sunk-in multi-level patio and was able to incorporate the expertise to make it work. While discussing the project, he paused/reflected and said "what we need to do is give this space purpose." At that point I was sold!! He worked patiently with me in selecting the proper natural materials while carefully considering my budget. Leo is one talented young man! He was on-site every morning at the crack of dawn; excavating/cutting stone/building walls etc. The finished project is breathtaking. Bob & the team returned to resolve a minor discrepancy on wall height without hesitation. I would highly recommend Poynter to anyone who desires high-quality original craftsmanship.

My wife and I have been doing business with Rich Poynter and his company for 22 years. Our relationship started with a small landscaping project to help spruce up the front yard. That led to other more significant projects as we continued to improve the overall appearance of the entire property.

We built a new home in 2003. Poynter provided the overall landscaping plan for the entire 2.5 acre site.
