American Vision Windows Delivered

I'm going to start at the beginning with my experience with American Vision Windows.

Sales: Glenn was on time to our scheduled appointment. He explained the different types of windows your company offered. He also explained the pros and cons of going with a lower quality window. Overall, He did a great job without the typical high pressure sales pitch.

Scheduling: My windows arrived about 3 weeks after placing my order. Angela called me to schedule my installation. She was helpful and answered any questions I had regarding the installation of my windows.

Install team: I was given a one hour window for my install. Javier and his team led by Will, Oscar and Abel arrived at my home on time and ready to work. Before the work began, Javier's team covered my entire home with plastic wrap and protected my floors from any damage. The install was smooth and it was complete by the end of the afternoon. Before the work was complete the install team vacuumed my home and even put all my furniture back in its original place. I had a final walkthrough where they showed me all the features of my windows.

Overall: I feel that American Vision Windows delivered on their promise to provide great products complemented with great customer service. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
