INVITATION TO BID EXTERIOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT WILSON AND EDGERTON HI-RISES A/1 Contract # 15-101

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul at 261 East University Avenue St. Paul, Minnesota 55130 for EXTERIOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT WILSON AND EDGERTON HI-RISES, until 10:00 AM Local Time, on MARCH 12, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A complete set of bid documents are available by contacting Northstar Imaging at 651-686-0477 or http://www.northstarplanroom.com , under Exterior Window and Door Replacement at Wilson and Edgerton Hi-Rises. Digital downloads are $10.00, hard copy is $25.00 plus delivery. Plans will be available after Monday, February 2, 2015.

The bidder shall be an established window installation company and employ skilled craftspersons with a minimum of (5) years experience specialized in window installation as defined within the bid documents. The successful bidder shall perform on site, with their own organization, work equivalent to 51% of the contract.

Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid guarantee, Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Bidders Form, a non-collusive affidavit, and EEO/AAP submittals.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a satisfactory performance bond and a separate payment bond.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM AT THE WILSON HI-RISE COMMUNITY ROOM (1300 East Wilson Avenue, St. Paul, MN). THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL VISIT BOTH HI-RISES.

The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
