ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. -

The Fall Home Show is in its 19th year, but this weekend's event has plenty of new additions.

The event is at the Salem Civic Center on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, September 21 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Hundreds of local and national vendors will showcase their products and services related to building, remodeling, decorating or improving your home, garden and life.

One new addition is the "Home Show University." Local home improvement professionals will hold 35-minute courses on everything from choosing the right contractor, flooring, buying generators and window replacement.

Another new part of the Fall Home Show is the art gallery, featuring top local artists with crafts that can put the perfect final touch on your home project.

This event is sponsored by the Roanoke Regional Home Builders Association. For more information, click here.
