Also includes new front porch (123 square feet). Remodel scope includes installation of a gas fireplace, relocation of existing bathrooms and laundry room, and kitchen renovation. Addition includes rear bump-out (remains one-story structure), and new unfinished basement.

Impoving access to browsing for fiction, movies, and music collection. Replacement of electrical and data distribution systems. Repair or replacement of clerestory window system.
