BAYPORT, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Andersen Corporation, the leading manufacturer of windows and doors, today announced that it has named Phil Donaldson acting president for Silver Line Building Products. Andersen acquired the vinyl window division in 2006. Donaldson fills the interim role following the retirement of Silver Line President Randy Iles. Donaldson will maintain his role as Andersen Corporations chief financial officer and executive vice president during an external search.

Donaldson joined Andersen in 1999 and led the Silver Line acquisition team in 2006. He was named CFO in 2003, and joined the Andersen Corporation Board of Directors in 2009.
