A/1 Contract No. 15-078 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul at Maintenance Contracts, 261 E. University Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55130 for CONSULTING SERVICES FOR EXTERIOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT, AMP 505 and AMP 506 (Valley and Wabasha Hi-Rises), Contract Number 15-078, until 4:00 p.m. Local Time on OCTOBER 9, 2014.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on September 30, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Valley Hi-Rise, 261 East University Avenue, St. Paul. All questions arising from this pre-proposal conference will be addressed by addendum, if necessary.

The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
