Window Genie of Denver Gives Back to Local Schools

Participating in Window Genies give-back program, Windows 4 Wishes, Jason Wissner and his team in Denver give back to three local schools.

In November, Window Genie donated $500 for a computer to an annual silent auction at Carson Elementary. His team also hopes to organize a donation of window film to Carson Elementary in the near future. Last month Wissner also donated $1,500 to the Graland Country Day School to sponsor a golf hole at an upcoming fundraiser tournament. It is the schools biggest annual fundraiser that helps pay for various school expenses that tuition alone cannot cover. Window Genie also donated and installed window film to help the Montessori Childrens House of Denver with their second floors uncomfortable temperature issues. They are going back in January to do a full window cleaning for free to keep the building looking beautiful. The windows have not been cleaned in 20 years so I will personally be cleaning the entire building, inside and out, said Wissner of the school his toddler attends.

Wissner explains why he and his wife decided to give back to the local schools, Annie and I chose to give back to the schools where our kids attend because we not only want to ensure our kids are in a great environment, but we want to help the schools and other families benefit from the resources we have to offer. Plus, the cost of education is so high that the schools cannot always afford services like window cleaning or products like window film, so being able to help make the schools more beautiful and comfortable helps them in ways that might otherwise be unattended.
