Wollongong apartments to be sold off the plan

Peter Taranto Real Estate is launching an apartment project in Wollongong on Saturday.

The apartments at 12-14 New Dapto Road, entitled Mont Vue, are yet to be constructed but they are now being sold off the plan.

Mont Vue comprises 34 apartments: six one-bedroom apartments, 26 two-bedrooms and two three-bedrooms. The one-bedroom apartments start from $355,000, the two bedrooms from $425,000, and the three bedrooms from$545,000.

They feature gourmet kitchens, balconies, and ensuites.

Peter Taranto sales consultant Rob Austin said all of the apartments qualified for the state government's first home buyer entitlements.

Mr Austin said the block was being built by local development company Realta Enterprises, which has recently completed The Alto Apartments in Virginia St, North Wollongong and is responsible for constructing the 52-unit Stella Apartments in Atchison St, Wollongong.
