This is an addition/renovation designed by Peter McDonald, architect. The project consists of a master suite addition, a new entry, new windows, wood floors throughout, and a new kitchen.

This is an addition designed by Joy Cuming of Aline Architecture. The kitchen was transformed into a bright and spacious room, the living room was enlarged, and the existing master bedroom was remodeled.

This is a two car garage with a custom master bed and bath suite, walk-in closet, office, and ding room above. This addition is phase two of a three phase project involving extensive remodelling and numerous additions. Off of the dining room is a large deck, complete with accent lights at the top of the deckrailing posts. At the bottom of the deck is an oversized custom outdoor shower. Also shown is a pair of custom barn doors which provide ample access to a workshop and utility room located in the back of the garage.

This is a master bedroom suite with living room addition in Eastham that we completed in the winter of 2012. Peter McDonald designed the addition to flow effortlessly with the existing house. The existing kitchen and bathrooms are also being completed renovated.

This is a master bedroom, bathroom addition we finished in the Spring of 2011. Ryder and Wylcoxs design incorporated the new living area with the old flawlessly. The homeowners are very happy with the way the project turned out.

This is a project we completed in the Spring of 2010. What started out as a small ranch turned into a beautiful custom 4 bedroom home. Highlights of the project include a geothermal system installed by Atlantic Well Drillingwhich bothheats and cools the home without any directconsumption of fossil fuels. The homeowners are wonderful people and are very pleased with how the project turned out.

This is a project we completed towards the beginning of 2011.Through the design of Ryderand Wylcox we converted dead space above a garage into a spacious master bedroom, bathroom suite-complete with custom built-in bunk beds. The homeowners were great to work with. They opted for a high efficiency addition so we insulated the entire addition was spray foam insulation.

This is a sunroom/living room addition we built in Cotuit. Ryder and Wylcox designed the new space to work well with the existing house and allow for an extended kitchen. We also building a walk-out basement entrance allowing easy access. The homeowners are great people and are very happy with how the project turned out.

Though the additions square footage may not be that great, the views of Nantucket sound from this beautiful Chatham homes new family room are spectacular. It was a challenging but fun project to be a part of.
