Surfacing was to be fully completed by June 1 with lighting and landscaping work to be completed shortly thereafter. The new parking lot brings 48 additional parking spaces to the downtown area.

On top of that, approximately 65 additional new parking spaces have been installed in the village over the last 12 months.Signsdirecting people to public parking areas were installed last Friday, so hopefully those signswill help folks navigate their way around the village more quickly.
