Mary Michael Joins North American Roofing as Director of Training

Mary Michael will take on the position of Director of Training for North American Roofing, a leading commercial roofing firm headquartered in Asheville, NC.

At the Director level for 17 years, Michael, most recently provided leadership with the YMCA of Western North Carolina as an Executive Director, and has worked with partner organizations and CEOs of various companies developing strategic and financial plans, training development, community outreach and fundraising efforts.

"Michael will be responsible for further developing and organizing NARSI's training and employee development programs," according to Director of Human Resources Mary Kasunick, "ensuring that all departments maintain the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which are vital to our organization's excellent reputation for customer service and craftsmanship.
