After consultation and planning, a beautiful Hardscape deck was planned for the back yard, as well as re-sodding and clean up / plant design of their flower beds. Scope of Work: bull; Design Consult bull; Remove and replace existing Privacy Fence bull; Relocate existing Irrigation Valves/Upgrade existing valves. bull; Remove existing River Rock and use for transition between New Patio and existing Screen Porch. bull; Replace existing gutter drainage in Paver Patio area with Sch 40 PVC . bull; Install 4" drainage piping behind New Retaining Wall with #57 Stone and Landscape Fabric. bull; Renovate existing Irrigation System to maximize water usage. bull; Replace Lawn with shade tolerant St. Aug. Sod. bull; Excavate slope area SW corner of home for installation of Paver Patio / Retaining Wall Package. (Oak-Run Mega Pavers) bull; Install New Paver Walkway from new Patio to rear entrance of home. bull; Remove cracked side walk from driveway to front entry way and replace with matching Patio pavers. bull; Install new walkway from front entry around to New Paver Patio SW corner of home using matching pavers. bull; Install Patio Inlay consisting of Gray Granite Pavers. bull; Cutback hillside to expand level lawn area outside Privacy Fence. bull; Haul away excavated soil and debris. bull; Final Walk-Through with Client.
