VICTORIA - The developer of "The Hudson" a condominium and retail project in downtown Victoria has signed its first commercial tenant. The heritage building that once housed the Hudson's Bay department store will soon be home to a second location of the popular Langford eatery "Smoken Bones Cookshack". Owner Ken Hueston opened his first location in Langford with a 30 thousand dollar loan and fast became a hit with locals and people from all over the Greater Victoria.
