This is where Ken Devries of the Filter Devries Funeral in Dillsboro, Indiana, stored my Brother-n-laws body for 26 hours. In a personal garage full of junk. When questioned about this he stated it was cooler and they were remodeling the funeral home. My Brother-n-law Paul Mack was an 81yr old Army Veteran who deserved better that this. He was not garbage and didn #39;t deserve to be treated as such. I started a law suit and he wont settle out of court, he says he doesnt owe me anything. The attorney stated I dont have a case because Ken Devries refused to accept payment for the funeral but as yet to apologize for what he did. He just blew off what he did. I wont stand by and let him think this is okay, because its not. I just wonder if this is the result of "good ole boy southern mentality" or if he really dont care. I live in a small town of 900 people and I am one of the only Black/Mexican Woman who lives here. I have never had any problems with anyone in town. They have all been real respectful and nice. Can you please help me get this video out there so that people know what could be done to their family members when dealing with this funeral home.From:cjsreinaViews:1 0ratingsTime:02:10More inPeople Blogs
