KJM have a large selection of porches and can offer the full building service for you. We can provide a tiled roof, plaster internal walls, supply electrics and you can choose from one of our stunning Composite doors to complement your new porch. We also have a comprehensive choice of uPVC doors to choose from.

Planning permission is usually required if the 'footprint' of the porch is more than 3 sq metres. However we do offer a full planning service for you if required.

Porch roof options include slate, tiles, (hipped & sloping roof)lead, feltor a conservatory type roof with either polycarbonate or glass. This can include the new self cleaning glass.

Finishing touches to your porchcan include internal and external light fittings. A popular choice for lighting are brick lights that are built in to the walls, to provide a flush light the size of a brick.

Brick matches from our local builders merchant means that we always do our best to find the brick that your original house was built in. If they are no longer available, we offer a choice that will compliment your house. Guttering and down-pipes are provided, once again to compliment your existing house system and are usually fed to a new soak-away.

The top picture shows a porch with an extended roof. This provides a excellent covered area down the side of the property, to shelter you from the worst of the British weather.

The other two porchpictures show a more traditional tiled pitched roof. If a larger style porch is required we can also offerahipped style roof
