Post-Modern Love cocktail, made with vanilla vodka, strawberry shrub, rhubarb, balsamic reduction and IPA, at Merchants Pub and Plate.

Pachamamas

Their menu official as of this week, Pachamamas has nine special cocktails for this summer. Most notable are the The Presley (gin, St. Germain, and Chainbreaker IPA) and Calliope (gin, Ros and Prosecco) cocktails, which both have a light, sour-sweet grapefruit flavor.

Eldridge

The summer drink menu at Ten/Jayhawker in the Eldridge goes into effect this weekend, featuring five drinks that utilize seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs including the apple mint bourbon iced tea, cucumber cantaloupe cocktail (gin) garnished with a frozen cantaloupe cube and cucumber, and basil berry rum.
