EDMOND The final plat of Porches of Arbor Creek was recommended 4-0 this week by the Edmond Planning Commission for two additional blocks. Porches of Arbor Creek is located east of Saints Boulevard, north of East Second Street.

All of the utility work, roads and drainage has been completed. Lots are platted as needed, said Bob Schiermeyer, city planner.

Block 3 contains 16,050 square feet and Block 4 contains 18,886 square feet, Schiermeyer said. These blocks are only the area where the homes are built.

Caleb McCaleb is the homebuilder for developer Kip Ryan. The lots are 126-feet wide by 101-feet deep in property zoned for multi-family.

These two blocks are north of Rose in Bloom Way, immediately east of Saints Boulevard at the south end of the Porches at Arbor Creek, Schiermeyer said. There is no vehicular access through Rose in Bloom Way.

This item will go before the City Council on Oct. 14.
