Sales have reached 93 percent at the 26-story Tavira, a luxury high-rise residential tower developed by The Lutgert Companies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. Six residences are available.

Model 2204, designed by Clive Daniel Homes, is currently underway and scheduled for completion in April.
