PARMA, Ohio At long last, warm weather is here, which means outdoor dining season is back.

With the recent bump in temperatures, diners are flocking to patios at restaurants around Parma.

Here are some of the city's more popular outdoor dining locations.

Tradesman Tavern, 5746 State Road, 440-888-2337: This attractive patio has been a favorite gathering place in the city for about a decade, said Michelle Ipavec, tavern manager.

"Business has been phenomenal. We were packed Memorial Day weekend," She said.

The patio was designed by David Martina, a stone mason. It features high brick walls with decorative metalwork. There is a big TV behind the bar so diners can view sports or other programs. The patio has full bar and food service.

Ipavec said the patio can accommodate about 60-70 people, with another 10-12 seats at the bar. Music from the jukebox can be heard outside and Ipavec said sometimes a DJ will play or they have booked acoustic musicians. She said a cigar club meets on Wednesday nights from about 7 until midnight on the patio.

Tradesman hours are 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday; closed Sunday.

Corleone's Ristorante & Bar, 5669 Broadview Road, 216-741-0220: The patio at Corleone's Ristorante & Bar is spacious and inviting. Large, colorful, mural-like paintings decorate the outside brick wall behind the bar area. Tables can accommodate about 90 outdoor diners, said Debbie Suvak, a manager of the restaurant.

It's still a little early in the outdoor dining season, but Suvak said customers enjoy eating on the patio when weather permits. She said the patio, designed by John Goodworth of Medina, opened in 2007.
