Rated 4 out of 5by yourescape great patio set for the price exceptional patio set for the price. package arrived well protected and in excellent condition I was concerned with the glass top table arriving in pieces but everything was perfect. My only complaint was using the allen wrench to put together all the items. They were easily put together but your hands hurt by the time your done. 09/19/2013

Was excited to receive patio set but when we opened the package and laid out all to verify all items had been received, we found there was no instructions nor was there any hardware to assemble the parts together. When we called the store we were given the option to either re-order or return the set. We chose to return due to no confidence of receiving another set that was complete. 10/17/2013

Unfortunately while in the process of assembly, the sofa frame was bent and the wicker weaving around the base of the frame was loose. Also around one of the chair frames the wicker was cut. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to having a family gathering and was short seating for my guests. 10/19/2013

I was able to put the set together in an hour and a half and only had to have someone steady the loveseat while I tightened the screws. 10/21/2013
