The Sainsburys team donated their time and materials to St Peters Primary School in Halletts Way, spending the day painting the old school building. Michelle Box, Sainsburys project manager, said: Everyone had great fun getting hands on at St Peters and we are looking forward to events we have planned with the other local schools.

Sainsburys will be holding a drop-in session at the Folk Hall on May 6 from 3-7pm giving residents the chance to ask questions about its new store which is being built in Serbert Way.

Questions about the store or about Sainsburys community engagement team can also be asked by calling 0800 130 3270 or emailing feedback@sainsburysportishead.co.uk
