This legislation confirms a duty on owners, managers of buildings and employers to carry out fire risk assessments. During the specification process we will work together with the chosen paint manufacturer to provide you with the most suitable products to reinstate sound surfaces to Class '0'. This then allows the occupants, residents or employees in the building more time to get out in the case of a fire.
