Construction on the 9-mile Arrow corridor is more than 70% complete, according to the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority.

Crews continue to install signals, pave and reconstruct curbs, gutters and sidewalks; install cabling for signals and stations, and lay new track throughout the corridor.

Platform and electrical work is ongoing at the San Bernardino Transit Center, Esri, Tippecanoe and Downtown Redlands stations.

Intermittent lane closures are expected from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tippecanoe Avenue, Arrowhead Avenue, Mill Street, Orange Show Road, California Street, Nevada Street, Colton Avenue, Tennessee Street, Texas Street, Eureka Street, Orange Street, Sixth Street, Seventh Street, Church Street, and University Street.

Through travel/two-way travel will remain at all times at each location.

The 24-hour-a-day closure of Park Avenue at the tracks next to the University of Redlands began Sept. 21 for crews to perform roadway improvements.

A local detour is posted and sends traffic north around Sylvan Park.

Improper drainage away from the home is one of the biggest causes of water leaking into basements and crawlspaces. Once leaves have fallen and before the first snow, ensure your gutters are properly secured and clear of debris. Clogged gutters can lead to improper drainage and potential overflow, ice damming or other water-related issues. STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Do you want to get your car windows etched for free?

The 121st Police Precinct in Graniteville will offer free etching next Friday afternoon to inscribe residents' Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) into the windows of their vehicles.

Car thieves typically remove the VIN so that a car cannot be traced, but etching it means the windows would have to be replaced in order for a stolen car to be sold.

The NYPD calls VIN etching a strong deterrent to thieves.

Auto thefts on Staten Island have sharply risen during recent months, the Advance/SILive.com previously reported.

So far this year there have been 169 grand larceny auto incidents reported to the NYPD representing a 35% increase since last year during the same period when 125 incidents were reported, according to the NYPD CompStat.

The free etching event will be held in the parking lot of the International Christian Center Church located at 1501 Richmond Ave. from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the 121st Precinct said in a tweet.

During Fridays event, residents can also sign up for Operation ID, an NYPD initiative that the agency says helps protect New Yorkers' personal property.

The Clarets made contact with Liverpool over a potential move for Wales international Harry Wilson in September, with the Reds not open to a loan deal after the young winger spent last season at Bournemouth.

Wilson has been linked with several clubs since his spell at Bournemouth ended, including promoted side Leeds United.

Aulas confirmed to L'Equipeexternal-link that three clubs with Champions League pedigree are keen on the France Under-21 international, who is under contract until 2023.

Any potential deal for Aouar would almost certainly confirm Mesut Ozil's time at Emirates Stadium had reached its end.

Ozil insisted in August he will remain at the club "through to the last day" of his contract which expires in June 2021, adding: "I'll decide when I go."

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has confirmed Manchester United's Wales winger Daniel James heads the promoted side's transfer wishlist.

The Italian ruled out a late move for the 22-year-old - who moved to Old Trafford from Swansea for 15m last summer - but manager Marcelo Bielsa still wants to add a winger this window.

Manchester United's England international centre-back Chris Smalling has been training on his own since returning from his loan move from Roma - and that is where he would like to return.

Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman has made no secretexternal-link of the fact he would like to sign Manchester City teenage Spanish defender Eric Garcia before the deadline.

However, City want 30m for Garcia and that price tag is proving a sticking point. The Premier League side could lower that to receive some money for a player currently set to leave for free next summer when his current deal expires.

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti has told Yannick Bolasie he does not have room for him in his squad after spending big on a new midfield in James Rodriguez, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Allan this summer.

The Italian said the winger, who has not featured this season, was welcome to stay and train with the Toffees should he be unable to find a new club - and Bolasie is running out of time if he is to avoid spending a season watching from the stands.

A home-improvement contractor was arrested after a Bergen County family he worked for said they found a small camera hidden in the wall of their bathroom, authorities said Wednesday.

Romeo Sanchez, 47, of West New York, was hired to replace a window in the familys Paramus home in August, according to Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg.

After working in the home, Sanchez told family members he would return another time to finish putting in the window, Ehrenberg said.

One of the family members called police on Aug. 25 to report they had found a suspicious electronic device in the bathroom, Ehrenberg said.

The device was later determined to be a micro camera with a micro SD memory card that had been secreted in the bathroom wall, Ehrenberg said.

A police detective accessed the memory card and found video clips of the familys bathroom along with videos of a bathroom in another home, Ehrenberg said.

Paramus police investigators said they tracked down Sanchez and interviewed him about the device on Sept. 17.

Sanchez admitted placing the camera in the familys bathroom and that he had planned to retrieve it when he returned to finish the window job, Ehrenberg said.

The contractor also told investigators that the other bathroom videos were from a home in Wayne where he had also been hired to work, Ehrenberg said.

Sanchez was arrested, charged with one count of invasion of privacy and released pending a court hearing.

Police said they were able to identify victims in the other case and alerted the Wayne Police Department of their findings.
