With Fluor's headquarter relocation, Texas Instrument's new Fort Bend office, Empire Commercial Development's new medical office building, Group 1 Automotive's site acquisition for their new auto dealership, combined with plans for the new Sugar Land Performing Arts Center, Telfair at Highway 59 and University Boulevard is starting to take shape.
