Senior citizens who attend the Manville Senior Citizens Center will take a trip Tuesday, March 31, to the Raritan Senior Center for a rodeo-theme event at 10:30 a.m. Wear blue jeans and cowboy hats. Enjoy a Western-inspired lunch.

The Manville center operates out of the Fire Company No. 1 building at 20 South Third Ave. from Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.2:30 p.m.

A suggested lunch donation of $2 is recommended for individuals age 60 and older. The cost of lunch for those younger than age 60 is $6.50. Call 908-369-8700 before 10:30 a.m. the day before to make a lunch reservation.

Transportation is available for those who do not drive.

Bingo is played every Wednesday at 11 a.m.

An aerobic chair exercise class is held every Monday and Wednesday, 9:45-10:45 a.m. Low-impact aerobic exercise classes Thursdays, 9:45-10:45 a.m. Both are sponsored by the Manville Recreation Department.

A Zumba Gold exercise class is held Tuesdays, 9:45-10:45 a.m. Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by styles of Latin American dance. Zumba can strengthen the cardiovascular system and bones and improve range of motion and posture.
