It may also be used in conjunction with mold remediation as a final step in restoring water-damaged building materials. It is a maintenance coating for mold and moisture resistance on its surface when applied to patios, furniture, and many other surfaces. ForSite is safe for use on composite decking while reducing cleaning frequency. Available in clear or blue. Covers approximately 1600 sq. ft. on smooth nonporous surface.
