The four-story, five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home, built in 1901 and renovated in 2008, comes with four wood-burning fireplaces, a rooftop solarium and wet bar, two landscaped roof decks and a landscaped garden.

The listing brokers are Randall Gianopulos and Stan Ponte of Sothebys International Realty.

Maloneys office is on the ground floor of the townhouse, which comes with a separate entrance. She is willing to rent the office from the new owner, otherwise, the home would be delivered vacant.

Fashion designer Derek Lam and his partner, Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann CEO of Derek Lam International have sold their 92 Greene St. loft for $5.25 million to Henry Josh Goldsmith.

The 2,200-square-foot space was originally asking $6 million last year.

They paid $4.65 million for it in 2011.

Rihanna also once lived in the building.
