Outspoken telly presenter Kirstie Allsopp has taken to Twitter to publicly shame a driver who she spotted throwing trash out of his window.

The interior designer was so outraged when she saw her fellow road-user disrespecting the environment that she composed a seething 140-character message about it, and posted it online.

The driver of this car is a t****r #teachersnott***ers @KeepBritainTidy," she wrote.

There ain't no shaming like a Twitter shaming.

And Kirstie, who is an ambassador for environmental charity, Keep Britain Tidy, didn't stop there.

"Call a spade a spade, if you toss litter from a car you are a t****r & how on earth do you think that litter gets collected from busy roads?" she continued.

"I don't want my taxes clearing roads of rubbish.

"Don't be scared to say T****r, Litter Bug doesn't cut it anymore."

We're pretty sure the culprit of this crime must be regretting their litter-bugging by now.

Speaking about people who litter previously, Kirstie has said: "Occasionally Ill see someone throwing something out of a car and Ill take a picture on my telephone and Ill upload it on to Twitter and then Keep Britain Tidy can contact the DVLA.
