With the holidays coming soon, you might have guests spending a night or two at your place. Here are some tips for making your guests feel more welcome. First, starting with the guest room: * Make the bed with fresh sheets and add an extra blanket at the foot of the bed. * Have an alarm clock on the night stand, a box of tissues, and a water carafe. * Make room for their clothes in the closet and provide plenty of hangers. * Also, include a basket with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some fresh flowers for a really nice touch. Next, pay attention to the guest bathroom: * Have plenty of clean towels and a bath mat handy. * Supply glasses for drinking, toilet paper and tissues. * And, provide a bathrobe for a welcome surprise. Being prepared for guests will make their stay nicer and keep your stress at a minimum, too.
