j.mp This Big Bore Compressor does everything I need for pneumatic tools at my home shop; I don #39;t use it in the field. It recovers very fast and runs well above most tool SCFM requirements. It is easy to move around with the wheels and handle, and the handle is great for wrapping the air hose. The noise level is alot quieter than any oil free design. One Note: This compressor requires all the amps the specification calls for, so if you #39;re trying to run it off a feed that is too long and less than 12Ga wire, it will trip the motor protection. A 14Ga wire will not work to deliver the amps required, so standard home wiring may have to be upgraded. They state plainly in the owners manual that it is better to run longer air hose than an extension cord, believe it.
