DELTONA, Fla. -

Home security video caught a man peering into a woman's window as she was changing, but deputies have not arrested the neighbor who they believe may be the peeping Tom.

Willie Williams took a closer look at the video taken at his home on Jan. 4 and said he is 100 percent certain it is his neighbor on Escobar Avenue in Deltona.

"It's one of those situations where you don't expect for somebody to be peeping through your daughter's window and that was pretty disturbing," said Williams.

For three hours, the man in the video walks back and forth between the two houses, and every time the bedroom light turns on, he comes right up to the window to look inside. It looks like he knows what he's doing because when the light goes off, he ducks to avoid being seen.

"He's peeping at a woman who had recently got out of the shower and done a couple of things in her room as far as getting her relaxed attire for the night," said Williams, who said the victim was a woman visiting the family.

However, normally that's his daughter's room and now he's worried if this peeping Tom has ever been to that window before.

Deputies never arrested the neighbor because they said the video is not good enough to identify him. The suspect's wife said they were asleep the entire night.

"We're married for 30 years, there's no way," said the suspect's wife, who Local 6 is not naming until the suspect is charged. "It's not my husband."

The State Attorney's Office is looking into filing charges.
