National home security firm Protect America, Inc. has announced the addition of Jared Miller to its executive team. As Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Miller is responsible for driving increased company value through subscriber acquisition and retention efficiencies, improved customer lifecycle experience and economics, and new growth strategies.

Mr. Miller brings eighteen years of experience in marketing, operations and business development in the subscription services business: most notably in the wireless industry. Before joining Protect America, Miller served as a Sales Director at Amdocs where he was responsible for sales and strategic business development for a Tier 1 wireless service provider account.

The home security space has transformed from providing a passive alarm service into an interactive offering, said Miller. It now includes monitoring, automation, and mobile integration - creating a much more engaging customer experience. Jared Miller, a graduate of the University of Washingtons Foster School of Business, also served as Director of Retail Strategy and Analytics at Clearwire - one of the fastest growing wireless broadband carriers in America prior to its acquisition by Sprint in 2013. Mr. Millers international consulting and technical experience in the telecommunications and technology industries brings a unique understanding of the nuances within rapidly evolving business climates.
