The company refreshed their old website with a new design, more detailed content regarding their services, an easier-to-navigate layout, and a mobile-friendly platform.

Castlewalls recently re-launched site now presents a better user experience to both new and existing customers, who can more easily find information about the companys home security systems and products. In addition, the site now sports a helpful Resources section, where users can download instructions on how to operate their specific security systems. Visitors can also watch educational videos about maintaining a safe home for their families.

As the owner of a technology-oriented business, president and founder Patty Thornberry understood that it was important for the new website to be easily accessible via computer, tablet, or smartphone. Since many of Castlewalls security solutions use Total Connect Remote Services, the Thornberry opted to add a useful Total Connect login button in the header of the new website, so customers can access their accounts using web-enabled devices. Thornberry hired The Web Guys, a web design company in Carmel, Indiana, to assist in redesigning Castlewalls website and ensure it would be successfully marketed online. The Web Guys specialize in website development and search marketing for companies nationwide.
