Mr. Meyer stated, "We are a full service restoration corporation. We specialize in fire, water, storm, hail damage restoration for residential and commercial consumers. We differ from all of our competitors [because] we advocate for the consumer."

"We are not a preferred vendor with insurance companies," added Mr. Meyer. "A lot of people, when they suffer a loss, whether your house burns down or a hurricane tears down your house, it's so distressing that they just pass it on to the insurance company. They have this expectation that the insurance company is going to take care of them. What they don't realize is the insurance company is a business and they view your loss as an exposure. So their goal is to minimize their exposure to that. We come in and only represent the customer."
