Home Angels By Neoform launches in Boynton Beach

Florida-born and raised Nicholas Partington, 28, has created a one-stop shop for homeowners who need help with insurance claims, damage mitigation, restoration and design.

His company, Home Angels by NeoForm, is a subsidiary of NeoForm, a company specializing in claims management.

Partington, who graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 with a degree in finance, was a general contractor and an insurance adjuster who saw a need for a comprehensive service.

"We saw an opportunity to simplify the process for homeowners and hold their hand. We understand that a person's home is not only a huge financial investment, it's their private sanctuary," Partington said.

"When something happens to your home, your whole life is affected. The average resident has no idea what damage is covered by their insurance. We will help you navigate through the intricacies of damage remediation, including which home damage expenses you should be reimbursed for," he said.

Partington, who is an admirer of the Amazon business model, said, "We try to put together a model that is seamless and where the client experiences the same thing every time."

To describe his services, he has chosen names to evoke feelings of trust and comfort such as "wingmen," "call an angel" and the "halo network."

Call an Angel is the 24/7 hotline; Wingmen are the first-responders who come out to assess and mitigate the damage. The Halo Network is the team of repair, renovation, construction and design experts.

"We truly care for our clients," said CFO Frankie Soriano. "Our industry has become saturated with players that are just trying to make a quick buck. Home Angels by NeoForm comes from a different philosophy."

Jack Neuman, a local retailer called Home Angels when a pipe burst in his home and flooded the house causing extensive damage. The Neumans of Boca Raton moved into a hotel for six weeks.
