Fujitsu HFI AOU48RLXFZ 48000 Btu condensing unit installed in three floor house in NYC connected to five wall mounted indoor unit, each indoor unit individually controlled and every unit can be set to a different temperature, one outdoor unit serving three floor, the system provide heating and cooling (heat pump version which can operate down to 5 f in heating mode and up to 115 f in cooling mode.
