Emotional thanks to Katrina for Food Hall funds

Youngs Food Hall capped off its inaugural year of operation with a significant injection into its coffers.

Youngs Food Hall capped off its inaugural year of operation with a significant injection into its coffers.

Emotions ran high as Member for Burrinjuck Katrina Hodgkinson presented volunteers with a cheque for $13,000.

Food Hall coordinator Laurel Merrin said the grant would allow them to install heating and cooling.

Its absolutely amazing, she said.

I just think what affected me more than anything was the support of the community for the Food Hall - its been beyond amazing.
