TxDOT road report for week of Jan. 18

Heres a look at roadwork planned this week across Northeast Texas by the Texas Department of Transportation:

Various roadways In Palestine, routine maintenance.

U.S. 79 From Palestine to Jacksonville, fog seal work. Expect daytime lane closures, watch for pilot car.

U.S. 82 From I-30 near New Boston to DeKalb, widening highway. Various lane closures.

U.S. 59 At FM 3129 in Domino, constructing overpass. Traffic restricted to one lane each direction.

Various roadways In Jacksonville and Rusk, pothole and edge repairs. Watch for flaggers and signs.

U.S. 259 North of FM 1844 to the county line, patching. Expect lane closures.

Various roadways In Kilgore, Lakeport and Longview, sweeping. Use caution.

FM 2275 (George Richey Extension) From Judson Road to Airline Road, clearing. No traffic impact.

FM 2275 (George Richey Extension) From McCann Road to Judson Road, excavation, embankment, bridge construction, storm drain work. No traffic impact.
