Dirty FBN gutter

I wish to draw the attention of the management of First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Bolade Oshodi branch to the killing odour emanating from the gutter around its fence which has left customers, especially those making use of the ATM machine vulnerable to disease.

I visited the bank on Wednesday morning in a bid to use the ATM but practically vomited for about 28 minutes I was in the queue as a result of the odour oozing out from the gutter which apparently forced me to retreat.

The ugly experience had left me wondering what corporate social responsibility means to this branch. One will not be asking for too much if the gutter is covered to avoid dumping dangerous substances into it.

On the other hand, regular cleaning can be ideal. The banks esteemed customers deserve a better deal!
