Realtor Steve Byrum will step into the role of head of corporate development and community relations for Dickens Mitchener, a residential real estate firm.

Jeffrey Carlini joined Carlini CPA. Carlini provides accounting, tax return preparation and QuickBooks consulting, training and implementation services.

Don Cartwright was named partner at CEO Inc., a Charlotte-based full-service recruiting firm.

David Culbreth and Kim Hofner were hired as intake and insurance verification representatives by Griffin Home Health Care, a full service health care equipment and supply company. Chris Haas was promoted to manager, service and distribution. Kurt Hill, a service delivery technician since 2011, is now in customer service in Griffins Charlotte retail location. Heather King was hired as a customer service representative.

Concord resident Ron DuDonis was hired as project manager of residential construction in the Lake Norman area for Patrick Joseph Distinctive Homes, a luxury custom homebuilder.

Jennifer Gendle was promoted to senior project manager by Eric Mower + Associates.

Bill Hobbs was hired as chief information officer at Wingate University.

Alice Richey joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein as a partner in the Charlotte office.
