Comment: This is a RFP for 3 bathroom repair projects (pictures of old & new fixtures, & specs are available). Project #1 involves replacing a bathroom washbasin fixture & faucet; and installing a single vanity. My guess is its an American Standard sink. The sink is the middle fixture in a one wet wall bathroom. It is the original fixture in this apartment that was built post- WWII. The hot water has consistently leaked, even before I occupied the apartment more than 30 years ago, which is evident from the extensive rust damage to the sink, and the hot water faucet can no longer be turned off via the spoke handle or the shut off valve. In fact, the shut-off valve knob recently broke off.
