LOS ANGELES, CA -- Orbit Industries now features an expanded series of pop-up floor boxes for home and office installations. The floor boxes mount flush with the floor and the receptacles disappear when retracted. This presents a cleaner appearance and a safer installation by preventing tripping hazards.

More than 20 pop-up models are available as either complete assemblies or cover-only plates with one- or two-gang receptacles. One-gang pop-ups include round or square shapes; duplex or RJ45. Two-gang pop-ups are available in duplex; RJ45; or a combination of both. They are ETL-listed and offered in brass or stainless steel finish.

Complete assemblies have heavy-duty steel electrical boxes, which are installed flush with the finished flooring prior to installation of Orbit cover plates. Floor boxes can be installed in wood or concrete flooring and in new or existing floors. A PVC floor box, compatible with all pop-up covers, is available for concrete installations.
