Laminate flooring with matching quarter round
When installing laminate flooring you need to leave a space between the floor and the baseboard. This space is needed for the laminate to expand and contract under the natural conditions. The space can be later covered by quarter round. With the quarter round you have 2 options - to match the floor or to match the base.
