His idea, Radiant Cement Board, puts the warmth and comfort of heated floors right at your feet by providing an efficient way to heat flooring in cold weather. Besides proving a new cost-effective alternative to more expensive installation methods, it also helps lower heating bills. Another advantage is that its simple design minimizes production costs. In addition, it is ideal for both residential and commercial use. A prototype is available.

The inventor's work experience in the floor-covering industry inspired the idea. "I recognized the need for a faster and more economical way to install heat in floors," he said. "This accessory will make the job easier for professional installers as well as individuals who prefer to do it themselves."
