Price: $9,800,000 The Skinny: The listing for this Miller Hull design on Washington's Bainbridge Island makes two things abundantly clear: 1) this mansion is "Feng Shui compliant," and 2) said Feng Shui compliance is in no way negatively affected by the fact that a large portion of it is constructed with "large beams from a shipwreck." Sure, to the layman, being smashed violently upon the unforgiving rocks during a terrible tempestwhile the gunroom burns and the loblolly boys cry for their mothersmay seem not only a horrible fate for a ship and it's crew, but also a surefire way to make sure that negative Qi follows the cursed, shattered remains of the vessel wherever they may go. But that would be ridiculous, because cursed ghost ships and their cadaverous, cutlass-waving crews are mere figments of superstitious imaginations, while Feng Shui is totally a science. The four bedroom, four bathroom, 10,499-square-foot manse is asking $9.8M.
