Feng shui experts say condo project in Genting ushers positive energy

THE NCT Group of Companies (NCT Group) has embarked on a new project by mixing the serene environment of Genting Highlands with the wonders of feng shui elements.

Elemen@Genting Highlands sits prosperously in the middle of positive geographic elements that complement each other in perfect harmony, all aligned to create optimal balance of energy flow.

The site is also surrounded by five mountain peaks.

According to feng shui experts, these geographical aspects as a whole usher in positive energy flow from every direction of the mountainous terrain, giving the area a sense of peace, harmony and relaxation.

The architecture of each building is further aligned to the tai ji centre point to enhance the entire feng shui flow.

The development is in close proximity to one of the best resorts in South-East Asia that offers a variety of gaming to even international shows, concerts, events and performances that entertain the young and old.

Based on the five elements of wu xing philosophy, the masterplan depicts different aspects of water, wood, fire, earth and metal all translated into various condo features that are balanced harmoniously within the development.

According NCT group managing director Yap Ngan Choy, the units are fully-furnished units and the project offers full facilities including a restaurant, an indoor heated swimming pool, a sky garden and a lounge.

We have already sold more than 65% of the phase one development. Most of our customers are from Singapore, China, Taiwan and Japan, said Yap.

We are also the first developer in Malaysia to offer a five-year warranty to buyers, he added.
