TIPS on how to make the best property investment and creating a peaceful living following Feng Shui will dominate talks at The Star Property Fair 2012 starting today.

The three-day premier property and home furnishing event will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) and will bring together local and foreign experts who will provide insights to potential buyers of residential and commercial properties.

The talks will educate people on market trends, hot property spots, offers, new designs and secrets in finding a good property.

Among the local and foreign speakers participating in the event are Institute of Geomancy Sciences Founder and Feng Shui practitioner Master David Koh, Sunday Star Ancient Secrets columnist and Vasthu Sastra (Indian Feng Shui) author T. Selva, Chartered Accoun-tant and actress Chermaine Poo, Property Guru Milan Doshi, REI Group of Companies chief executive officer Dr Daniele Gambero, and GDSS System managing director Richard Dimmick.

The talk sessions will kick off with Koh presenting on how to enhance living using environmental energies at 4.15pm.

He will show the unique features of the land and how the buildings can take advantage of them.

Koh will also discuss 2013 outlook and what people should look forward for the new year.

Selva, who will speak at 3.30pm tomorrow, will provide tips on how to apply the practical aspects of Vasthu and Feng Shui and how they can be incorporated into house without affecting the designs and construction.

He said both the Indian and Chinese versions of feng shui were aimed at promoting harmonious living so that occupants can enjoy health, peace, prosperity and happiness.

Astrologically, 2013 will be a good period for people to invest and move into a new property because the planets will be aligned favourably, he said.
