The White House was put on lockdownfor the second time this week after two individuals threw objects over the fences surrounding the building, a Secret Service official said.

Authorities closed Pennsylvania Avenue, shut down the North Lawn, and for a short period of time, would not allow workers inside the White House to exit the building.

They sounded the all clear about an hour and a half later.

Officials say both individuals were quickly taken into custody.

According to the Secret Service, one individual, identified asEvan J. Graham, allegedly chucked a cassette tape over the North Fence Line.

During his interview, Graham complained of a medical condition and was transported to George Washington University Hospital, a Secret Service spokesperson said. He will be transported to the metro police department for processing once hes medically cleared.

The other individual, identified as Von Greenbrier Lerriche, allegedly hurled some miscellaneous papers over the South Fence Line. Lerriche has already been transported to the metro police department.

Both individuals have been charged with Throwing Objects Missiles.
