The 2014 Seahorse Jacobsen manufactured model home model has been sold. The Seahorse is at the LeeCorp Homes model center located at 20251 U.S. 41 S. in Estero.

Built by Jacobsen Homes of Safety Harbor, Fla., the Seahorse manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 846 square feet of space.

It features an island-style kitchen with GE appliances including range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and spacemaker microwave oven.

Other features include bay windows in living room and dining room, cathedral ceilings and wood-look vinyl flooring throughout; plus built-in glass china hutch in the dining room. Additional Seahorse appointments include painted drywall in dining room, living room, hallway and both bedrooms; and solar tube in hall bath.
